I (Isabella Eva Foti) am organising a special event for grades 3, 4 and 5 on Wednesday 20 May. 20 May is a special day when we celebrate World Bee Day, and it is meant to honour our first modern beekeeping teacher, Anton Janša. This is why I would like to do the same for your class. Beekeeping is a very important tradition to celebrate and I would like to show you the importance of bees because without them, we would not be here today. I would also like to tell you the wrong humans do to bees. I am doing this as part of my PYP Exhibition. I will host this event in the 5M classroom during lesson 2.
