On Friday 8 May, the whole MYP department have a sports day walking a section of the Path of Remembrance and Comradeship. The students should come to school at the usual time of 08:20, when they will be able to get their school snack (if applicable). They will then depart from school via the path towards the Sava River in the direction of BTC and then return back via the path. The return time is estimated to be at around 12:30
During the hike, we will walk in a compact column accompanied by teachers. Leaving the column without the knowledge of a teacher is strictly prohibited! As we will also cross roads along the way, the students are obliged to follow the instructions of the traffic wardens on the route and the instructions of the teachers. All students must reach the destination because we will check their attendance there once again. There will be a break along the way to eat and drink something (so bring a healthy snack and some water from home if you need to). Lunch and afternoon programme will take place as usual
The hike will take place regardless of weather conditions, so dress appropriately. If it rains, bring an umbrella or raincoat.
