On Wednesday 11 June, just two days before we say goodbye to the MYP 3 students, we had our final sports day together at the beautiful setting of Bohinj. The students were already excited during the bus ride there.
Upon arrival, the instructors divided us into groups for various outdoor sports activities, which we rotated through. We began with a short walk to the climbing wall, where the more adventurous students took on the challenge. Those who preferred a different activity went to the shores of Bohinj Lake to refresh themselves or play some volleyball.
Afterward, we switched to cycling on a scenic path, and finally, we canoed back to the lodge where we had lunch. On the return bus ride, the air was filled with music, laughter, and friendly chatter, indicating that we all enjoyed each other’s company during our last days together.
