PYP Cross Country – Tivoli

On the cloud covered morning of Thursday 10 April, the PYP students selected to compete in the Ljubljana Schools cross country running event in Tivoli park, prepared themselves for their upcoming races. The excitement steadily grew throughout the morning and by the time of the start of the first race, the sun had also made an appearance. Amid the hustle and bustle, from the sound of the starting gun to the cheering of the crowd, and the climax to each race, the competitors from DKIS proved themselves to be astute and assured in their athletic abilities.
