Kuhnapato Project

Our students took part in a cooking event which promotes local cuisine and traditions.  They prepared millet-sour cabbage with Kranjska klobasa (Carniolan sausage). The public and the judges really liked the dish and it represented a great experience for the students on their cooking journey, for which we are extremely proud of them!

The event received immense media coverage (Kanal A, Planet Siol) and the judges were quite prestigious (2023 Masterchef winner, Odprta Kuhinja organizer and the leader of Spar restaurants). The students received an excellent real life experience.
