The 2M, 4M, 6M, 8I and 8M students will have a medical checkup according to the following schedule:
The teachers will meet the first group at ZD Bežigrad at 07:45 and escort them back to school after the checkup. The second group will be escorted to ZD Bežigrad at 09:45 from the school and will also be accompanied back to school after the checkup. We will inform you of the group allocation in due course.
The dates for each grade are as follows:
- 1 April – 4M
- 3 April – 8M
- 10 April – 6M
- 16 April – 8I
- 17 April – 2M
The students who do not have Slovenian health insurance must bring an identification document to the examination. If any students have a designated personal paediatrician in Slovenia, they should also bring a completed “Summary of Medical Record” form.
Please ensure that the vaccination card is translated.
If your child has not completed a medical check-up through our school, please ensure that you take the “karton povzetek” form to your child’s personal doctor. The doctor will need to complete Part 1 of this form.
Parts 2 and 3 will be completed during the medical checkup conducted by ZD Bežigrad.
If your child has already completed a medical checkup during previous school years, there is no need to bring the “karton povzetek” form, as the records are already available in the ZD Bežigrad system.
