MYP Cultural Day – Exploring Celje + Scavenger Hunt

On 25 September, all MYP students will take part in a Language Acquisition Day in Celje, the city of the famous Counts of Celje.

Working in selected groups, the students will put their language skills into practice through a series of fun and engaging challenges. Teamwork, cooperation, creativity, and a little bit of risk-taking will be essential!

We will also visit the historic castle overlooking the city, where students will discover what life was like in the past.

We don’t want to reveal too much just yet, but we are sure students will have plenty of opportunities to learn, explore, and have fun! And to make the day even more exciting, we have prepared a Scavenger Hunt through Celje city centre.

Get ready for a day of languages, teamwork, discovery, and adventure!

Rendezvous point: in front of school at 08:00 (to get snack, then board buses at Tuš car park).

Arrival back at school: approximately at 13:00 – 14:00. Those who have lunch at school, will go to the dining room, others will go home.

The day will take place in any weather; therefore, the students should dress according to the conditions, and wear comfortable shoes. They should also have small backpacks and their pencil cases. Language Acquisition Team
