Majda Koren Visit

DKIS hosted children’s author, Majda Koren, in grades 1, 2 and 3. She explained to the students about the various stories and the characters she created. The students were curious – especially about her life as an author, and asked lots of questions. It was an interesting visit enjoyed by all, and the presentation inspired the students and promoted literacy in various ways.
