On Thursday 12 February 12th, all the PYP and Kindergarten students will take part in our Winter Sports Day at Jesenice Hall – Podmežakla.
Schedule & Transport
- 08:00 – Students arrive at school
- We will take the school snack and walk to the bus in front of the Tuš carpark
- 13:30 (approx.) – Return to school
- Lunch will take place as usual
Activities
The day will begin with ice skating:
- Students who have their own ice skates are encouraged to bring them.
- Skates can also be rented at the hall for 3.50€
- Students will be grouped according to skill level:
- Beginners will take part in a skating course
- More confident skaters will enjoy skating games
After about two hours on the ice, students will rotate through a variety of exciting activities, including:
- Bowling
- Fitness
- Martial arts
If weather conditions allow, we may also enjoy outdoor snow activities.
What to Bring
- Warm clothing and gloves for ice skating
- A change of clothes for indoor activities afterward
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
Snack
- Students who usually receive the school snack will get it as normal
- Students who do not receive the school snack should bring their own
