On Monday 24 March, during the 1st lesson, a workshop about Solving conflicts will take place in 6M.
The objectives of the workshop:
- Students become familiar with the concept of conflict.
- Students understand that conflicts are not necessarily something negative and recognize the positive aspects of constructive conflict resolution.
- Students are able to understand that conflicts arise due to different perspectives and individual needs.
- Students learn about the consequences of different ways of responding to a conflict situation (aggressive, passive, and assertive).
- Students understand that several factors are important in a conflict, such as their emotional state, the characteristics of the interlocutor, and the environment.
The workshop will be led by the organization No Excuse.
