Dear DKIS community,
In Slovenia, and therefore also at our school, we marked Slovenian Food Week from November 11 to 17, which we concluded on Friday with the “Traditional Slovenian Breakfast.”
Throughout the week, and especially on Friday, we connected our lessons to topics related to traditional Slovenian dishes, the importance of local production, seasonal foods, broader culinary traditions, as well as the responsible and respectful handling of food and meals.
