MYP 2 Science Day – Exploring Robotics: A Hands-On Learning Event

Today, robots can clean, dance, socialize, assemble, imitate, and much more. While they are becoming increasingly human-like, they are still far from replacing us. How do robots work, and how are they developed? These questions can be explored through mechanics, electronics, and software engineering.

On Wednesday 16 October, our students had the chance to dive into these fields, learning about robotics in an interactive way. They worked with the humanoid robot Lili, MOBY the Robotics Dog, and explored BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) technology. Imagine being able to write by controlling brain waves, with a computer reading your thoughts—that’s the future we explored!
