Dear DKIS Community,
We hope you had a wonderful summer break and are excited to welcome you to the start of a new school year on Monday, 2 September.
The opening ceremony for KG and PYP parents will begin at 9:15, while MYP students are expected to arrive at 9:45. The gathering point will be the large greenery within the school grounds, weather permitting. In case of bad weather we will meet inside the school building. Rest assured, the DKIS staff will be on hand to guide everyone to the designated areas.
Students will attend approximately two lessons on the first day, with KG and PYP students finishing at 11:30 and MYP students at 12:00. A snack will be provided for all students.
Please ensure your child brings slippers, a folder for any papers they will receive and something to write with.
KG and PYP 1 parents are welcome to accompany their children throughout the first day.
Finally, due to ongoing renovations around the school, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding regarding any disruptions.
