6M – Letters to Fairy Tale Characters
Since this week is the National Handwriting Week, 6m students spent an English lesson writing letters. They took the role of a fairy tale character and wrote a letter to another fairy tale character asking for or giving advice or simply about their day. Here are some of their letters.

Kindergarten Cultural Day
On Thursday, January 14, our Kindergarten students participated in a Cultural Day. They watched animated movies, prepared some of their own, and chose to make some arts and optical toys. Here are some of their productions:
MYP Plenary – Music
The MYP Plenary unit was – “Music”. We discussed how music influences the way we feel and how music connects us during the first lesson. Everyone shared a holiday song that they liked and their favourite uplifting song. The other three lessons were dedicated to practising rhythm and singing along to Mr Adam’s song – “Good Vibes” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2E06Z_-kwzI&feature=youtu.b
PYP Plenary – Taking action
This week we completed another plenary unit. The PYP Plenary unit was – “Taking action”. During the first lesson, students learned about setting and achieving goals. The second lesson was just before Christmas, so it was dedicated to taking action by spreading joy with people around us. In the third lesson, we discussed New Year’s resolutions. Finally, during the fourth lesson, we learned about habits – how to form and keep good ones and how they influence our well-being. Students presented an exceptional understanding of taking action.
