Dear parents,

We are now in social isolation for the sixth week.  Looking after one’s self and a healthy lifestyle are important as they will help with coping and adapting better to confinement.  Well-being starts with a positive attitude and positive mindset.
Here are some ideas for activities that may lift your spirits and for which there is usually not enough time in regular life.
